Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
Hey man, I lost you in chat if it pops back up I'll try to grab it. My browser crashed yet again. This is a wrok laptop and I did not set it up, My motherboard fried on mine. I apologize. I wanted you to look in the add/remove programs for any security programs that were not microsoft. If you see one, note the name of it. Open up Malwarebytes and click on the updae tab at the top and do an update. Reboot in safe mode again (holdin F8) go back and remove that program. After that, while in safe mode, run a "full scan" with the malwarebytes program. This should clean the res t of your computer up.
