Question about Logitech QuickCam® Pro 9000 Personal Web Camera

1 Answer

There is no sound when played back on Windows Media Player.

When I record a video and go to play it back on WMP there is video (great quality) but NO sound. Is there a setting I need to fix? When I used Skype it tells me that my sound works, my microphone and speakers work as well. What's wrong?

VIDEO FILES OF CANON SX10 IS NOT PLAYING IN WMP

H264 is a "mov." file. Windows media player11 and Power DVD 9 do not support this type of file. If you don't like QuickTime, there are many free media players that will support it (VLC is a good one). You could convert the mov. file to an avi. file with a video converter program. Then your avi. format movie will play in WMP

Some videos play some doesnt ?

Use a different media player. If it if purely watching videos, I would go something like VLC player. It plays (at least with what I have seen) everything. It is also free, loads faster then WMP, and simple.

Mind you this will not play Real Player videos. You can get a addon to WMP called Real Alternative to do that though.
