Question about OKI C3200n Led Printer

The computer won't recognize the oki 32n connected to my computer. It has worked previously just fine but now jobs just pile up in the print que Bill

Delete the printer icon, restart your computer and reinstall the printer driver. Good luck.

Try to unistall your printer from your computer download drivers again for your printer and install it again.It's you printer driver error.

Only prints first job - can't delete from que


Please try this approach instead:

1. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET STOP SPOOLER (this will stop the print spooler service)

2. Browse to your windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ folder. You should see files there ending in .SPL and .SHD created around the time you tried to print - delete these files.

3. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET START SPOOLER (this will restart the print spooler service)

4. Double click the printer icon in the lower-right corner of your taskbar to examine your print job queue and browse to View -> Refresh.

Won't print it always says document in queue


This sometimes happens if a print job freezes before, or during the print. I would suggest two things. Open up your print que, which you should be able to access from the bottom right hand side of your screen in your task bar. Right click, and open print que. If there is a print job in the que that says printing, try to right click on the job and cancel it. If this does not work and you have not done so already, restart your computer and your printer! Go back into the que if you have to and if the job is still there, right click and cancel job again. Then, retry printing a something different from your printer. This should solve your problem.

I've been using OKIDATE MICROLINE 320 PRINTER at work. I was printing something and I realized that I was printing the wrong page so to stop printing, I simply turned off the power and waited....


You would have to cancel the current print job from your computer for it to stop. Assuming you have access to a computer that is connected to that printer, you will have to find that printer by going to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes > Oki ML 320 then right click, select "See What's Printing" and cancel Current print job (I am also assuming you are using windows). Out of paper clears print que


we need to restart the print spoolers to fix this,
click on start> Run> Type in services.msc. A window will appear with the list of services, there u will find Printer Spooler> Do a Right click on that and Restart it. Do the same thing 2-3 times and then give the command to print multiple documents, to check if the problem is fixed or not. Please let me know the same.

Dirty fix...
When the printer errors out...stop, unplug the power to the printserver. Reset the printer, Clear the print que (delete jobs/restart print spooling service), restart the printserver software and plug the printserver power back in. Wait for the re-detect. Everthing should be good at this point. Unfortunatly the print job will be lost and you need to print again...BUT, NO REBOOT yea!!!
Note... for me, if this sequence is not followed, I will have to reboot. The printserver will be locked for the PC that was trying to print. All other PC's will be fine, and I have no idea why.

whta may have happened is that the first print job has an error if yu right click on the printer on desktop you shoul see all the print jobs in line cancel the first job and see if the others print you can also go to printers on the desk top and right click on the printer go to properties and then port make sure it is highlighted for you connection type. you can also test print from here to cjheck connection. make sure it is set on the port for the correct connection either usb or tcip or parrallel and that it is connected as a -_local printer. good luck

C5200n installed on Vista Business but doesn't print


If you would like the truth, i have many professional friends (mainly doctors) who thought moving to vista was a wise choice, however, they have had nothing but problems and it does not interface well with other programs. many of my friends have had to go back to their previous xp edition. I have honestly not even met one person who has not said Vista is a pain in the a--.

Oki ML 320 Turbo/D IBM - JetDirect 170x Print Server prolems


Check the receive buffer on the Oki. I usually set it to the highest (88k or 128k). You might also check the print head gap if you are printing multi part invoices. If the print head is too close it may overheat and stop printing. If you have a different printer, swap it out and see if it prints correctly. It may be a problem with the JetDirect 170x, not the printer.
