Sony walkman nwz a816 froze.

I have sony walkman nwz a816, and I connected it to my computer to add music to it, and it's been frozen for the past ten minutes or so. There's that blue circle screen that lets you know it's charging, but the little battery icon isn't moving like it always does. I disconnected it, and it still didn't change.

you can try formatting it and if that doesn't work try replacing the battery.if you don't know how to format email me at gamecrazy944@yahoo.com.i would try to format it first.(you will lose all of your songs but i will tell you a way to get free music fast and easy
