1. Ensure the bottom drawer is properly aligned with the top drawer. Check for any obstructions that may be preventing the drawer from sliding smoothly.
2. Check the base of the top drawer and ensure that it is properly secured. Tighten any loose screws and make sure that the base is firmly attached to the unit.
3. Ensure that the runner on the bottom drawer is aligned with the track on the top drawer. If it is not, adjust the track and runner until they are in proper alignment.
4. If the problem persists, contact Fisher & Paykel customer service for further assistance.

Depending on how much water could be collecting it might be normal. If this is causing the dishwasher not to clean the dishes properly then you may need to clean the filters and ensure the kitchen sink drain is clean.
Yes ,you may be able to restore function by completely drying the area and PC board located under drawer.Use a hair dryer. However , you will still have a leak and the problem will return.Usually the leak is drawer lid not closing properly. Suspect lid actuators have failed.Very common.Or some kind of obstruction. The drawer can be removed easily by removing 2 large plastic scews at drawer front. If lid actuators have never been replaced go ahead and do that.It is normal for other drawer to work fine.
remove drawer and drain tray, there may be some coffee grounds on the back of the machine where the drain tray sits, preventing the dregs drawer from sitting properly.
I can offer a PERMANENT fix for this! That machine has never been installed properly since day 1 I would bet, and a series of techs have come thru unable to fix it right, or they keep selling you those "flappers" that fix the issue for a short period of time. The way to fix cross-draining fisher paykel dishdrawers is to install a dual-air gap. You can get them from fisherpaykelparts.net here: http://www.fisherpaykelparts.net/index.php?categoryid=113&productid=7
Install one of those and the machine will work better than it ever has!!
