Question about Zebra QL 320 Plus Thermal Printer
MY PRINTER WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE. WHEN I CHARGE IT FOR 2 DAYS I ONLY GET TWO BARS. THEN IT LOSES POWER AFTER A COUPLE HOURS OF INTERMITTENT USE. AM I CHARGING IT WRONG?
Batteries have a finite life and its not very long probably 2-3 years.
What you describe is typical of laptop computer / printer batteries.
It would appear your battery is pretty much had it.
Your answer [probably] is to buy a new one or get the one you have repacked at a battery place that does repacking.
Unfortunately battery failure is the reason many people sell battery operated portable equipment. I would never expect a battery to be any good on second hand laptops or portable printers. People have never let me down in this expectation.
