Question about LG WM2688HWM TROMM SteamWasher
Even when mine is running the cooling light is on. I had this same problem and after replacing the heating element it still did not work. I then went ahead and hooked up a different dryer to see if that one would work and still the same problem. Having it happen to two dryers made me think it was the fuse in the circuit breaker. I replaced my 30amp fuse and went ahead and got a 40amp just to be on the higher side. Now it works just as new, especially since I went ahead and bought the new heating element. The fuse was a mere $17.00 .

The cooling cycle was interupted some how within the processor. Remove power to dryer by breaker or unplugging for two hours and it will reset itself then repower and you are good to go.
