SOURCE: need to remove base from Proscan 32" TV
The stand
can be removed by unscrewing six phillips-head screws from the back panel. A
plastic insert plate is provided to cover the bottom hole that is left when
removing the stand.
thats what i found from this site
http://www.crutchfield.com/p_68332LA30Q/Proscan-32LA30Q.html?tp=161
theres a manual on the left side of the screen just under recommended accessories
doesnt show how to remove it but might be helpfull for your settings
hope it helps

Although the instructions don't mention this, you also need to remove two screws on the bottom of the base. Pull the base bottom off. Then remove another screw that holds the base post on.

Not so easy but try to call customer service for the brand (Proscan used to be RCA-GE-Thompson) to with the model number find the number, length, and thread type of the bolts.
SOURCE: I need to buy a new or used base for my 42 in proscan lcd tv.
Other than going to Thompson who is RCA/GE/Proscan you can Google the model number with base to see what is available.
