The problem for the spots is hard water. There is a new product out at www.dishwasherfilter.com that solves this problem once and for all. Use a good quality dish washer detergent with dry assist agents and anti spotting agents. You could have hard water also. Same fix though.

- Name brand like Electrosol or Calgon for example. You may want to use a dishwasher cleaner to remove existing deposits in you dishwasher. Next you could try running a longer cycle (pots and pans) which will wash and rinse your dishes another time. Read your owners manual for further suggestions as to this type problem.Yes
