Remove the batteries overnight and it will lose its memory and reset back to defaults. If that doesn't work, remove the software and reboot the computer. Reconnect the mouse and load the software.

Your mouse button is worn out, you need to buy new mouse

Usually Control Panel will let you adjust how many lines scroll per notch on the wheel. Open Control Panel, Mouse, Wheel tab and adjust there. With your mouse, it might have its own control program where you would make these adjustments.

This uses Window's keyboard and mouse drivers. Just plug the wireless usb interface. It will take a minute but it will set it self up.

If you still have the mouse and connector, ill purchase them from you. I bought the set, but it turned out the only thing in the box was the keyboard.

check battery. press reset button both usb and mouse.

I would recommend the apple magic mouse.
