Disc Error: Remove Disc

When I turn on my camera and the viewfinder reads "Disc Access" briefly, only to beep at me the error: Disc Error: Remove Disc. I have replaced it with several discs, but I get the same message. This has never happened and I have never had any problems with this recorder before--can you help?

Remove battery to decharge internal capacitors for 8 hours
ought bring any software hiccup back to normal
also there might be a "reset hole' access with a pin somewhere on camcorder, try depressing

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

CAMERA FROZEN..nOTHING WORKS. sAYS "LENS ERROR. rESTART CAMERA"

try to remove the ring over the lens- this is just alluminium ring. I had same problem when my camera felt on floor... i thought its wrecked ... but it was 4 months ago and since that i made thousands of photos and its working fine. Remove the ring, i did it by forcing it, twisting and when removed - lens error was not appearing. I fixed that ring and placed back with a little super glue. Everything is ok.
