Removing clutch drum

Remove (4) clutch springs and bolts (Items #11 & #12)
Remove clutch pressure plate (#10)
Remove clutch hub nut (#21)
Pull clutch assembly off.

Ttr90 the kick starter only engages some of the time replaced the clutch and it worked fine for a week or 2

Sounds like the spring came loose on the starter, There is a tab on the spring that catches, and when you took the clutch apart that night have loosed.

valve lash on the intake .003 to .005 inch, .08 to .12 mm,exhaust .004"to.0055 inch,.10 to .14 mm (cold engine).
