Problem for HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer

The carriage is stalled message on my hp officejet H470 printer

After removing a paper jam, I receive the above message. The power light is blinking green and the resume light is blinking red. This printer is about 8 months old and have not used it very often. Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

Check the printer again to see if a very small jam is present. If totally clear, press the Resume button. If same result, power the printer Off / On.
