Question about Acer 22" X223w LCD Monitor
In some windows systems, this requires merely the ctrl+alt+up arrow key. You likewise may have inadvertently pressed ctrl+alt+down arrow to get it like it is now. Works with XP Pro, not sure about others.

If you have this problem still.
Go into display settings then click on the button marked Advance settings. You may have a tab added by the graphic card, that has the option to rotate the screen display check this.
