Unfortunately, when oil mixes with water the oil goes milky and indicates that water has got into the oil. This points to the head gasket needing replacing and the head skimming to make it completely flat again.
Depending on how mechanically savvy you are is to how much it is going to cost to fix. A Haynes/Climer manual could talk you through the dismantling and reassembly. Your local Aprilia dealer will provide the head gasket replacement and your Aprlia dealer could point you in the direction of an engineering firm who will skim the head.
First ask you local bike mechanic, how much it will be for them to do the whole job to weigh up whether it's worth you getting your hands dirty.
The engine is getting pressure someplace. It could be a cracked head.(This would mean the saw is a goner!) I would look at the dealer invoice and see what their warranty time is on their work and explain to him, that he did work that did not fix the problem! There is always the chance that he has a used chainsaw that he would be willing to trade for the money you have already spent!
The dealer is not necessarily a rip off, just somewhat more costly than an independant shop. The cause of this issue is what is going to be costly. White smoke is coolant and something either cracked (very expensive, warped (more cost friendly), of damaged. It WILL NOT BE A HEAD GASKET, as a head gasket can only be the victim, not the cause. Warpage, for example manifests as a gasket failure, but replace gasket only and you will fail again pretty quick, warpage gets resolved with fly cutting the head, new flat surface and the repair will last.
At you mileage, I say its due, not worth risking it breaking and bending the valves, also recomended changing are the water pump, timing belt tensioner, and idler for teh regular belts
Probably cost around $500 - $750
