Loose Grohe kitchen faucet

Hi, we have a Grohe Ladylux kitchen faucet that after two and half years has recently become unstable and wobbly from the granite countertop. Can not tell what piece should be tightened to make the faucet secure again. Any help would be appreciated.

There are mounting plates underneath the counter which fasten the faucet to the counter. This unit will need a small allen wrench if memory serves me correctly...keep in mind that all moen faucets are lifetime guranteed and alot of folks do not take advantage of this amazing warranty which makes these the most desirable faucet on the market.however the need to tighten this faucet prob isnt a warranty replacement procedure but can be determined once mounting items and faucet is inspected...good luck

How do you remove the supply line from the spray head?

The hose should simply unscrew from the back of the head.

Lack of Water Pressure

If you have the spray head type, I had the same problem...called Grohe. They said to remover the pressure regulator. Take off the spray head, and just inside the end where the water comes in, you will see a white plastice thingy. Remove it. They said you can do it with needle nose pliers, but I had to pry it our with a tiny screwdriver. It came out in pieces, but once out, the water pressure is GREAT!

Hello: My Grohe Lady Lux Cafe kitchen faucet has become loose where is it attached to the sink. How do I tighten it back up? David

You'll have to go under the sink and look up were the faucet comes through. You'll see it's held in place by a large nut. This nut needs to be tightened. Unfortunately working in the tight space under the sink is a pain in the ****, just be patient and you should be able to tighten it. TIP: Have someone hold the faucet on top in the position you want it.

Grohe Ladylux slow to turn off

Your Grohe Ladylux should be under warranty. Call the company at 630-582-7711. Their customer service was great when they replaced my quick coupling after it broke.

Good luck
