Would need a scan tool to diagnose , if you knew what DTC - diagnostic trouble code was stored , you mite be able to fix it . A part store may be able to pull code or codes . What vehicle do you have ? year , make , model ?
have code read most auto stores offer this service for free the code will assist you on how to repair or service vehicle the computer is advising something is wrong you will need to fix it first --you can reset the computer everyday but if fix is not done it will come back each time

take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reset the phone as to the puk code you need to contact your service provider and have them fix the puk code msg.

Service code 5 is a convergence problem. As far as how to fix it. That depends on your level of expertise, it may require your checking resistor values at some point. If you do take it on your self I recomend looking online for copies of the service manuals first.
