Dude, you probably have the xbox blocked in your PC's sharing options. Just go to: Control Panel>Network and Internet>Homegroup>choose media streaming options.Your xbox should appear on the list of devices on your connection. simple allow it.

I've seen this problem occur just after a Gamertag change. You need to ring MS Tech Support and they will sort it for you.

Corrupt File (microsoft cant let you recover gamertag due to mods hacks and such) that is possibly what has happened. You downloaded a corrupt file and now microsoft has found something wrong. You can no only make a new gamertag and ask for free xbox live for compensation. (you might get it)
