Question about Samsung D800 Cellular Phone
I bought a USB Cord for my Samsung cell phone, so I could download pics from phone to computer. I installed the drivers from the little CD, but whenever I plug the cord into my USB port, my computer puts up a blue screen that says, basically, that the computer shut down for its own protection and I need to restart and not do what I just did ever again. When I restart, the computer informs me that it has recovered from a serious error.
Why isn't this working? My computer is a PC, and my o/s is NOT Vista.
Scan for viruses the setup might be corrupted try for a new version or compatible software
