Problem for Kenmore 71055 Air Conditioner

Unit is no longer blowing cold air. Is there a way to replace freon in this unit? Or what other problems may this be?

My be stuck or bad compressor. plugged out door coil may need washed out. Tech will need to figure out if compressor is running or out of freon.Burnt wire can also cause no cooling plus bad intermal valves in compressor.
