Question about General Electric 28821FE2 Phone
Sounds like your phones have been exposed to moisture / water or something similar because it sounds like the ribbon that connects the display screen to the cpu has bad connections and or corroded connections...also these ribbon lines are very close to each other at the cpu side of the phone so any water/ moisture residue will short out some pins to each other and cause all kinds of weird effects like the one your having....I would suggest to have your phones looked at for water corrosion and if still able to..have the board cleaned with acetone or pcb cleaner and resolderd.....good luck
