Hi, yes it is drum RELATED error, but before changeing the drum, clean the drum sensor. When you remove drum unit, inside of copier in drum unit place, from left side, uperr in the middle you have small sensor - Clean it!
Then try again.
If not tell me the exact error code eg. E 020 - 01A2 or?
The wiring is faulty,short circuit or open circuit.The hard disk drive is faulty or the main controller board is faulty.For reset press: Copier-Display-Jam/Err.
you need to clear thepassword in this order touch ADD FUNC key then the 2 and 8 keys together then touch ADD FUNC key again lcd screen should change touch copier then function then clear then pwd then ok then yellow reset 3 times that should do it
