The apple logo on my phone wont go away and the

We would suggest you connect your iPhone to your computer and do a complete restore. If this does not fix the problem, you may have a hardware issue - if your iPhone is still under warranty, visit an Apple retail store. If out of warranty, there are a lot of repair companies that can help, including us.

try holding down just the sleep/wake button till screen goes black, then hold down the home screen button and plug into iTunes and wait for iTunes to say:

iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode......
then let off the button set phone down and hit ok in iTunes then restore to factory..
