Feature Button Constantly Flashing

I was hoping you could tell me how to stop the feature button from flashing on my handset. I don;t know what I did to make it contantly flash. Not only does the feature button flash on my handset but my extention on all the other handsets in the office flashes to and no one can come through to my extension as it says I am busy.

My kenmore elite washer just stop working. My mom

When activated all the buttons will be disabled and a child will not be able to alter any wash programme or option settings. Once selected this feature remains activated, even when the machine is ‘off’.

To use this feature press the ‘Child Lock’ button and hold down for 2 seconds. The child safe icon will begin to flash. When the icon stops flashing the feature is activated. If any of the control buttons are pressed, the child safe icon will flash and the machine will bleep 3 times: no alterations to the control settings will be allowed. If power is interrupted, at any time, pressing any button will reactivate the child lock feature.

To deactivate this feature hold the ‘Child Lock’ button down for 4 seconds. You will then hear a bleep and the child safe icon will go out.
If this is not the problem than turn off the AC power for 30 mintes and then power the machine back on an everything should be OK to use as long as no Error Codes are displayed.

One of the handsets is flashing "Warning Check Battery" It is a mi6896.  We have lost two of the handsets.  We don't know how to use the "Find Handset" feature on the base unit (the manual...

Find handset works by causing the handset, or handsets to beep when you push the button on the base unit, and until you find the handset and push the off button. If the handsets do not beep the batteries are probably dead.
We have a handset that flashes "Charging", and later, "Connecting", but it never connects. When the handset is removed from the charger the handset shows "Place in charger". By process of elimination I have determined that the handset has a problem. The problem is NOT with the battery OR charger. I hope this info helps you.

Not sure how you set this feature but here is the solution:

To set DND you would have pressed your feature button, 60,and then feature button again (if you were forwarding to another extension you would have had to enter an extention after 60 and then the feature button. This sets your DND or call forward.

To eliminate press feature, 69 and then feature again this should cancel the call forawrd or do not disturb.

Nec DTerm Series i - Feature Light Flashing URGENT

Thankfully I have found a solution that has worked.

A 'winking' (flashing) feature button indicates the station is in call forward - all calls mode.

To cancel this setting do the following

Lift the handset or press speaker
Dial the access code 4 + 2 (set as default)
Receive confirmation tone and restore handset or press speaker

I have found the manual at the following link to be the best resrouce ever - very easy to understand

Flashing feature button

Jennifer, if it is a CallBack Request, it will be cleared when you speak with the extension that set it. You can press SPEAKER - "#" to call them back (default setting).
If the phone is in CFWD ALL, clear it by pressing SPEAKER - "42"
