Question about HP Officejet 7210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The main screen on the printer HP Officejet 7210 All In One is reading an error regarding the print cartridge and carriage jam. At one point it also read: One or both cartriges does not work with this printer, more or less is what it read. I wont to HP Troubleshooting it mentioned something about the XSpring being broken. I cant tell if it is or isnt. I dont know what it looks like if it werent broken, since the printer was given to us. Please help. Do I need to take for repair and how much am I look at?
See i'll let you know a better option if you give it for repair you will be charged not less than 70 dollars instead call in to hp at 1800-474-6836 and just ask for an upgrade ,for being a valuable customer you will get options that would have at minimum a 50% discount.
You would get a factory new printer they call it refurbished because some major shops like wallmart, officedepo, circuit city send unused printer back to hp and they are checked in the factory before re-sending them to a customer.
I know i have one which is brand new
