Question about Philips Magnavox MWR10D6 DVD Recorder
When I put my disc into the dvd recorder it won't load completely, then stops. Then it says recording error-power calibration area is full. The solution was to insert a new disc. No such luck. I tried 5 others. Just bought this mahine a month ago. Can you help me????
Might be the PCA aka power calibration area portion of the lens that reads that might not be reading it. Here is a little bit more info on PCA. Power Calibration Area of a recordable or rewritable disc that precedes lead-in and the PMA, where the optimum laser power level for writing can be determined by a recording drive
