It is not properly installed.The temp.stop is not in place.

I just had a moen felicity exact temp shower system installed. When I turn the dial to what I think is cold, it does not appear to be cold. I still feel some hot water. When I turn the dial to the...

It seems the temp adjustment may be wrong. Or the handle adapter parts are installed wrong.
These are a pain. They also tend to fail so that they pass water through when off so you can't get hot water to other faucets.
I would put another brand in.

Customer installed a kohler tub/shower faucet and it leaks out of the head. We've changed the cartridge but the results were the samr.a Any recommrndations?

If it leaks out of the shower head and not the faucet tap, then I would look into the scald guard setting or the selector lever or even for a small scratch around the cartridge.

How to install

Take a cloth or rag and a large pliers... place it around the nut of the old shower head and turn it to the left or counter clockwise as you are looking up at the shower head...
Then take the new shower head and spin it on there clockwise till it is snug...that's all there is too changing it...

How do you switch out the single lever dial on a delta shower fau

Hidden under the lever is a little hex screw. Use an appropriate hex a.k.a. "Allen" wrench to remove the handle. You might want to shut down the water service first to save your shower until later.

Hot and cold backwards on a moen shower faucet

tun off the water.
unscrew teh allen screw under neath the handle. pull out hteh handle. undo the wall plate and gain access to the cartridge in the handle body. turn the artridge around 180 degree and reisntall all parts.
