Motherboard information is normally available at the BIOS boot-up screen of your computer.

With very fast systems now, this will only be visible for a split second. You can force the system to halt (most default set-ups) by taking out the keyboard, and prompt a keyboard error.

This will show your mobo BIOS screen long enough for you to write down the information.
