Question about Carrier 38CKC036 Air Conditioner
Thought the motor may be stuck and used a screw driver to just tap the blade and it started running, however unit gives an audible buzz about every minute like some other feature is trying to turn on but can't. Still blowing warm air.
You have a bad capacitor in the unit, they have dual capacitors. If you can open the service panel outside and look at the silver can, it will probably be swollen up, if that is the case it needs to be replaced

You have an electrical problem I'd call for service and if has not been cleaned in a while has it cleaned for best performance. Tom
