Music Player Lost Its Original Volume

i want to format my nokia 6270 bec i have updated the newer version of my phone i don't think any changes have been done by that but one rare thing has done it was its music player problem the quility of the music reduced 50 % lower than before what can i do plss help yaarrrrr......
