This code indicates an elevator motor Ascent/Descent Failure. Most commonly this is caused by one or more of the trays in your finisher not being fully inserted into it's "slot". Check the output bin trays at the far left side of your machine on the finisher. Be absolutely sure they are fully installed into their holders. Then turn off then back on the MAIN power switch in order to reset the code. Watch the bins. They should raise and lower and the code should be gone. If it comes right back and the bins are where they are suppose to be then you have another issue with the sensors or the elevator motor and will need service.
Most everytime I see this code it is always the trays are not all the way in.
