How to use Cruzer

Hi i am trying to use this thing in my computer at home I'm clueless! do I need software or something? I bought it in a three pack and gave the other two away. I need to print this essay on Word at school tomorrow

    The scan disk is on Drive E. Everything else on my computer is in Drive C. When I try to "send" documents to the removable device on E, a message pops up saying that i must specify the correct "path." I don't knoew whast that is or how to do it.. Until I inserted the flash drive into a USB port, I didn't know there was a Drive E on the computer. What to do?

    it say that what i need is save on it but when i get to school to print it out it say i don't have anything on it now at home it say it will not work with window vist why is this

    u have U3 functionality working. vista is picky.. remove u3 from it so its just as plain drive

When I try to use my Sandisk Cruzer on my home computer, it freezes up my computer of doing any other functions. Also, if I go to My Computer to see which drive the device is own, the screen is blank. ...
Your computer may have high security which doesn't allow outside storage devices to be connected to it.Try Start,All programs,control panel,security center,windows firewall, try turning it off to see if your problem goes away. It is not recommended to leave this setting at off !

Cruzer Micro 8GB flash drive - no user manual
Plug it into the USB port. Press Windows-E to bring up the Explorer window, or start My Computer and open the removable drive.

You can then drag&drop files to/from the flash drive just as you do on the hard drive.

Not readable.
If the disks do not work on any of the three players they are probably faulty, try buying a spare disk of same kind , or writing a disk from a different pack, it it does work then you bought a box of faulty DVDs, ask a refund.
If disk from different box gives same problem when burned on same computer, then there may be a problem with DVD burning software, try doing a system restore to a recent date,

2gb micro cruzer causing the pc to restart
Do you have another USB device which you can use to check if it will come up with the same problem? There are 3 things which could cause it to freeze and restart. It could be a problem with the software device driver needed to detect the USB micro cruzer, the USB port itself or it's the USB micro cruzer. One good thing worth to try is plugging your USB micro cruzer on another computer to check if the problem will also occur there. If it does, then it's isolated to the USB device. If there's no other computer available, 1) Try to run an anti-virus and anti-spyware scan on your computer, 2) start up your computer on safe mode and try to check if it'll occur there as well. 3) If it doesn't occur under safe mode and your able to access your USB device, try to run an anti-virus and anti-spyware scan on your USB device to check for problems there. 4) If all else fails, then it could be a problem with the USB device. hope this helps.

This is Romeet, id like to help you with the problem. Unfortunately it seems a lot of things that you love :) wont work right? well, Let me know if you are running windows xp with what service pack? service pack 1 or service pack 2? to do this, right click the icon " My Computer " and select properties,a system properties dialog will open, on the top right you should be able to see:

System:
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional / Home ( Depends what you have )
Version ( 2002 )
Service Pack X ( X could be 1 or 2 )check this and let me know

Cruzer Scandisk 2.0 titanium
Hi, Not unless you are using Windows98, your PC should automatically recognize the SanDisk Cruzer Titanium as a "Removable Storage/Device". Driver is not required for Windows ME, W2k or XP. If for some reason the SanDisk Cruzer Titanium (non-U3 devices) is not recognizable, then perhaps it is not a problem with the PC but with the SanDisk. Pls try all other USB ports of your PC (front and back). The SanDisk website provides utilities/software for this kind of eventuality. They are Sansa Firmware Updater and Sansa Connect Recovery Tool. Both are available at http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx. Pls be forwarned that some utilities can and will reset your SanDisk to default and any or all data can and may be deleted. Hope this be of some help/idea. Pls post back how things are or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards.

My cruzer sandisk doesnt work
Hi, Are your certain the problem is with the sandisk? Have you tried running it on a different computer to ensure the problem is not with the computer? In any case I would also suggets reinstalling the driver. Let me know.
