i downloaded a clip art program, yahoo is taking over my computer with a program called my.freeze.com, how can i remove this program. i tried to delete all free programs associated with the clip art download, but the yahoo my. freeze.com program is still there.
As posted on fixya, (see above) add and remove program will not fix it either.
I recommend to do a back-up. Save all your documents, pictures,and music. You will have to re-install all 3rd party progrmas.
Lastely, do a Reformat.
