- SOLUTION!!!!I just took my printer apart. The connector was broke where the sheet feeder connects. It was the electrical connector on the printer and not the sheet feeder.
I took the connector on the bottom of the sheet feeder (to be used for additional sheet feeders) and swapped it with the one on my printer. Put it back together and it is up and running.
Hard to explain, hope this helps.
