What is the temperature(ambient) around the unit? If you hold the up and down arrows together for 5 seconds then release it will show you thermistor temperature for 2,3, and 4 You should only get 2 to give a temperature. 1=refrigerator temp and 2=evaporator temp.
Make sure the condenser is clean from dust.
