Replacing the whole keyboard is the best idea for the small clips under each key will just never behave the same again ... keyboards are very cheap on eBay and very easy to replace do not let a shop overcharge you ... less than 100 say about 80 tops

NP Q45 Blinking power supply
If it's the right-most status indicator on the laptop (a circle with a line through it), blinking means the computer is in Sleep mode. Just move your mouse or hit the enter key and it should wake up.

My samsung np-n148 keyboard many keys not working
Pull out the key, check if there is anything interferring.
Try different USB port.
Try a USB to PS2 converter and use the PS2 port. (Costs about $1.50)

All else fails, get a new keyboard.
