Need help please

I don't know what software you want to install back to your computer. Just let me know more details then I may help you out.
If you have the software disk then just put it in your computer and follow the instruction.
If you don't have the disk, you can download it from internet, select Save button and Click Run after download.
There is a website and I don't know you need it or not but here it is: http://ninite.com/ . Just select what software you need and click get installer.

If you go to CCCP website and click on the left button it will download the Combined Community Codec Pack. After it is downloaded, install it. Once complete, reboot computer, and once you are back in Windows you should be able to play 90% of videos available online. Let me know if you need more help. most manuals are pdf files so you can download adobe reader free using Internet Explorer to access www.adobe.com website. Don't need Word.

Firstly, we have to know, "are you using Genuine IDM?". If the answer is no, then it's a obvious problem for all the time and if it's yes, then please contact your service provider. It's fine, if you are using a pirated copy, and you don't need to worry. Please follow the given link, and download the IDM and follow the instructions given with it to install and patch correctly.
