Question about Cell Phones
I have a Samsung e840 slider phone I have had it for 1 week. I have 2 problems 1) The phone's camera has a fault...when i slide the phone up and push the side button for the camera a message "Please wait" comes on for about 15 seconds then it says "Check camera connection" can you please offer a solution?
2) When i download music onto the phone the phones music and ringtone functions freeze and the only way to get it to run normally again is to delete the music...can you please help?

both can be solved by upgrading the software to the phone.
first one may not be solved by upgrading the software then the flexi cable will be the problem. replace the flexi cable.in minor cases camera module may be the problem then replace it
