Reseting my mp3 player

I want to start all over, is there any way for my to take all my songs off and start all over? if so, how do I do that?

Re: reseting my mp3 player

Its a little difficult. You need to continuously hold the power switch in the on position while inserting the battery, and keep holding until you see it go to recovery mode. Go down to the format option and do that. Then reboot it, and it should go back to the normal screen, and all your files will be erased.

if the reset button does not work out then connect your mp3 player to your computer. then format your mp3 player from the computer. after that transfer the songs you like. this should solve your problem.

How to start the mp3 player to play

The player has to be reset. To reset slide the on switch to on and hold for 10 seconds. The player will reset, then just turn it on.

If this is a USB MP3 player and you have unwanted songs on it, you might try plugging it into your computer and formatting it like a portable hard drive. This should reset everything back to a factory default and then the computer and the MP3 player should get along better. Good Luck

MP3 player refuses to remove deleted songs

Don't know why it doubled loaded them but I noticed the reset on the side and thought it was worth a try. Hit reset and it cleared all the songs from the list that I had deleted.

Songs wont play on my mp3 player and also skips.

Start with these five simple solutions: Reset, retry, restart, reinstall, or restore

What format are the music files in? (.mp3, mp3, wmv, etc,etc)

The only way to fix it is to erase all the downloaded songs, press the reset and start again.There is no firmware - GPX provides no legitimate support, firmware, etc for this product -one of the worst mp3 players ever

Deleting songs

you need to sync your mp3 player and the right click on the songs/artists/ablums you want to delete and then click the option delete. it worked for me
