Contact your telecomm provider to cancel your service, as well as your DSL provider. Possibly one and the same.... their contact information should be on the bills.

I have an account query. I was billed for October, and cancelled my contract on 31/08/2018

Have been battling to cancel my landline and ADSL line. Not very good on computer. Tried to get my password several times and think I have blocked account. How do I get it again
