FOR SOME REASON COMPUTERS ARE NOT RECOGNIZING MY IRIVER, NEVER HAD PROBLEM UNTIL A FEW MONTHS AGO. COMES UP USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED.

You have to hit the on button twice to show as connected,then you can manually move files to the root directory by going to the computer ICON on your desktop, finding your MP3 player,then clickto open the file - the find thefile you want to copy or move onto the MP3 and drag it into the MP3's main file NOT the file that says RECORD
