I certainly understand what you are describing.
I tend to be "old school" and prefer to go tho the bank and speak to a human.
My wife on the other hand, can, in less than 30 seconds, pay bills, check balances, transfer funds, and access recent transactions.
All I can suggest would be that you visit your branch and discuss what you want to do via computer with a staff member. If they are as helpful as the staff in me BMO branch, they will coach you through it.
Your other choice might be to contact my wife................ er...........
maybe not.

Call your bank the provided the card and they can fix these issues for you, it will most likely require you going to the bank in person.
