exactly that. this... lexmark just ruined a lot of 4x6 glossy.
now what do i do? it works fine with 81/2x11 paper- but this roller feeder locks onto the paper and jams it.

The paper feeds crooked and jams. I tried guiding it straight, but the paper only goes about half way. I then get an error message that instructs me to power down and remove the jammed paper.
