My lg 32lc2du tv will not come on green led light comes on and blinks for a bit and stays on but no pictures

It sounds as if either the supply to the LED panel is faulty or an open circuit to the supply. What input do you have on the unit? DVD/CABLE?

Q: Red standby light was flashing red for a few days. Now we can't get any power at all. lg model 32lc2du-u3 A: Power supply problem.... I can explain to you how to fix via email with detailed...

First: service manuals http://elektrotanya.com/?q=showresult&megnev=lg&megnev2=32lc2du-u3%20&kategoria=tv&kat2=all
Second: most failure in power supply module is due to bad caps with domed top, you should inspect for that first, main AC fuse for main power.
Did you take out or look at the power supply yet?

The 32lc2du inverter is 6632L-0208B and I have seen units where it was the power board and others where it was the inverter.

Hope this helps!

Lg 32LC2DU-UE lcd tv sound and backlight but no video

Hi barry
To answer your question;
Strange coincidence but i repaired the same tv model that you have yesterday and for the exact same problem so here`s the fix;
In your power supply on the 5volts line there is two 3300mfds/10volts capacitors gone bad and that caused the voltage to drop to 4 volts(not enough to shutdown the set but enough to kill the video)
You`ll recognize these capacitors by a rounded top and some fluid that leaked out, you can replace them with 3300mfds/16volts since the 10 volts variety is harder to find.
And while your at it you should inspect and replace the other capacitors in that area that have the same look
Good luck and keep me posted
