SOURCE: the problem is that my son was trying to figured out my password

If you forget your passcode, you must restore the iPhone software. See Updating and Restoring iPhone Software.

You may want to right click the phone in iTunes and press backup.

I have tried several different ways to enter this account, keeps asking for password never used befor am getting very frustrated can you help me?

If you have registered and entered the correct password and email address, you should be able to access your email every time. The question you have posted confuses me slightly (sorry....)
Are you saying that it keeps asking for a password you have never used before and that is frustrating you, or that you have never used Gmail before?
I suspect it is the latter and you are new to Gmail. It could be a setting on your device. Have you set it to not remember any history, if so then it is possible that when you log off your next session has to be restarted from the beginning, hence the password request. Try altering to remember history and see if that fixes it.

How do I get onto my E-mail when every time I put in my credentials Google insists on connecting me to their google+ sales pitch. Very frustrating

Hi
If Google is not letting you into your email account it may be that they are expecting a different username or password to the one you are using even though you may have used it time and again in the past. This is one of the things characteristic of your email account being hacked.
Have you tried going to "www.google.com", then in the middle of the screen is the search box, but at the top right of the window are four to five options, one of which is "Gmail". If you click on this you will load a page where you can input your username and password. Under the sign in button, there is a "need help?" link. If you click on this the next page gives you three options, forgotten password, forgotten username and other problems. If you click in the circle next to "I don't know my password" and click continue. You will be asked for your email as registered with gmail, clicking continue will lead you to one of those annoying pages where you enter the characters displayed. On the next screen enter a gmail password you remember and then you will get a page to ask for a text message or automated phone call, whichever you prefer which will give you a code to enter into the next page and then you will be able to change your password.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

Googles change my g mail without permission

Many email users know the feeling of having inadvertently clicked the wrong link in their email program. In a moment, they can wipe out hours of work.
Other users have faced the frustrations that result when a mistaken click deletes their entire email history.
Gmail has built safeguards into its email program that will allow a user to recover deleted emails. Gmail also allows a user to recover a deleted Gmail account as long as the core Google account remains active.

Log in to your Google account using your Google username and password.
Go to the Google homepage and click "Sign up for Gmail."
The Gmail sign-up form will open with your former Gmail username in the username field.
Complete the sign-up form and enter your existing Google account password.
Click "Continue."
Your Gmail inbox should appear.
Restoring a Deleted Gmail Email
Open the Gmail inbox page and click "Trash" on the left-hand toolbar.
Click the box next to the message that you would like to restore.
Click the "Move To" button on the Trash box's toolbar, and then click "Inbox" on the dropdown menu.
The deleted message will be restored.

I forgot my password on Facebook. They keep asking for the current one before I can reset the password.

If you're logged out of your account and you can't remember your password:
You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the Facebook login page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
If you're logged into your account:
  1. Click 851580_142488495957208_1588909839_n.png at the top right of any Facebook page and select Account Settings
  2. Click on the Password section
  3. Enter your current password and a new password and save your changes
Password Tips:
  • Use a different password than the ones you use for other sites or services
  • Make sure your password is long and strong: use a combination of at least 6 numbers, letters and punctuation marks
  • Don't use words found in the dictionary

I signed out of gmail. now it won't let me sign in. it gives me the sign-up page, and i can't access my own account.

Hi,
Indeed it is frustrating (and weird as well). But can you check, you signed out correctly? If you open Google.com, you will see your email address at top right of the page. If not, then change the try changing the browser. These are only to get sign in page. If you are getting sign in page and cannot sign in that means password is wrong. you can try password reset.
Thanks

Henderson, Probably you have forgotten the password. So, use the "Forgotten Password" option. Your new password will be emailed to your alternative email address.
