Question about Gaggia Syncrony Espresso Machine
I've had my Gaggia Espresso machine since Christmas and up until recently it's been working with no problems. However, now when i make espressos i get bits floating in the crema that make it dark brown. It's almost as if the filter isn't working or the coffee is ground too fine but i use pre-ground coffee. Hope you can help. Thanks
If you are using pre-ground and you have ground it for espresso, that too fine and that is why you are getting specks. It should be ground to the size of sugar granules.
