Question about Labtec 9675120403 Keyboard

1 Answer

Keyboard works, mouse not

I have a Labtec ultra flat wireless desktop with Win XP. The keyboard works very well but the mouse has stopped working a few days ago. Batteries are OK, LED is blinking on the bottom but there is no connection. I've also checked the receiver's plug.

It has been working properly for several years now. Any idea? Maybe it has blown out?

Yes, they are charged. I've tried with different packs of rechargeable batteries and also with alkalines. Neither works.

Thanks. Bad news but that was my first opinion too. Fortunately, I've found a wired one in the drawer :-)

Are the batteries in the mouse charged?

If you are not using rechargable batteries replace the batteries with alkaline batteries, they only last about 1 month...

I think you need a new mouse they don't last forever......
I have had them fail after only a few days....

I have labtec wireless optical mouse that won't work. I have replaced the battery. What do I do?

Try syncing it with the adapter. There should be a button on the mouse/keyboard somewhere and a button on the adapter that you must push both at same time. (while adapter is in the comp)

If that doesnt work then you may have to find the diver for the mouse

Labtec wireless desktop.

Could be radio interference from somewhere. I tracked my similar mouse problem down to emissions from the ethernet adapter that connects over the house mains wiring. Try the using the mouse close to the receiver, if it works ok interference is likely.
