The permisstions are not locked to your SIM. T-Mobile security (web browsing etc) are permisstions that customer care sets ont he network side. The primary owner of the account has access to change what you can and can not view from your phone. That person (whoever's name the bill comes in) or Customer care are the only ones to change it. Additionally, if you ahve to contact customer care, you have to have change permissstions given by the account holder and it has to be listed as such in the account holder's notes.

How do i contact my service provider ? im with o2

Your sim may have been inactive for a long period of time. Sim's don't need to be registered. try a new sim and if it still say "unregistered sim", contact your phone's service provider. good luck!

I put in the wrong pattern ovr five times and i still couldnt get in? so i pushed forgot password and put in my google account which did not help me . please help me,

If google account is required,by be sure you have a 3G signal (sim is inserted) and account balance is sufficient so you can acess internet connection and to be able to register to google. Be sure you have a valid google account to activate the phone and be able to proceed with the pattern or password.

Good luck...

You will need to get your parents or some other guardian over the age of 18 to create an account so that you can access the servers.

EA restricts minors from having an account without parental permission.

You need to 3G compatible handset to support the 3G functionality. The best you can get out of your phone is internet connectivity via GPRS.

My iphone says gprs not subscribed. is it because i have tmobile?

Actually, it's a dual sim phone so inserting the card is all that is needed. The internet is not working because you have to have the Data plan internet for smartphones. Regular internet you have on any other phone doesnt work. The data plan is a 24.99 with t-mobile as I had to get it to. After switching internets you have to call T-mobile and get the GPRS settings for internet or do a search like i did and find them yourself. Go under service and data accounts. Make a new account and enter the settings and bam you have internet.
