Unfortunately that is an impossible fix...
the only real way to do is complete replacement of internal charging device, which, depending on the laptop, may be cheaper just to go get a new one

I need a close up picture of the power cord and associated wiring for a Kenmore 110.88752792 stacked washer/dryer

It seems to get confusing where the wires go in the back where the cord connects to on your brand new,or previously dryer that you have brought to a home thats new to you

4 wires goes as such with oldtech2332.jpgthe red wire going on the right side, the black wire going on the left, the white wire goes on the center terminal. Now what exactly do you do with the green wires is what your asking yourself. It goes onto the cabinet after removing that little link that went from the center terminal that was beweeen the cabinet and and the white wire terminal.Yes remove that link and install the green wire where that link was just attached to a minute ago.

3 WIRE CORD

The 3 wire cord goes just like this see the 2 wires on the outsides of the cord going to the black/red wires .The wire in the middle of the cord goes on the middle terminal on the cord block

The person who setup my desktop pc set a password to get into the settings when I press delete.Unfortunately he is no longer around and I don't know what to do I wanted to change settings to boot from cd...

For a DESKTOP (not a LAPTOP) computer ...

Turn the computer off.
Disconnect the power-cord.
Remove the side-panel, to expose the motherboard.
Look for a set of 3 gold pins, in a row, with a "jumper" connecting pins #1 and #2.
The pins may be labelled 'CMOS RESET' or 'CLEAR CMOS'.
Move the jumper to connect pins #2 and #3. Count to 5.
Move the jumper to connect pins #1 and #2.
Replace the side-panel.
Connect the power-cord.
Turn it on -- all the "settings" (including the password) will have been deleted.
Press DELETE to enter BIOS SETUP.
Use 'Load BIOS Default Settings'.
Save/Exit from BIOS SETUP.

My dell dimension 2400 will not boot up. It goes to a black screen and displays either keyboard failure or F1 or F2 options

This can usually be solved by resetting the CMOS.
Unplug the power from the back of the tower. Open the side of your case and locate the round battery near the lower-right side of the main board. Pop the battery out. Just below it you should see 2 little gold colored pins sticking up. Right around it it should say 'Clear CMOS' in very fine print. Take a small screwdriver and hold it to the two pins so they are shorted or touching each other through the screwdriver for a few seconds. Place the battery back in the machine and see if this works.

The pin that the power cord goes into has broken off

Is the cord broken in the computer, or the monitor or the pin broken and stuck in the machine? If it is in a desktop it goes into the power supply. Which you can change the whole power supply fairly cheap. that is if it in a desk top computer. 4 screws, 4 or 5 connectors and ta da new power supply, All you need is readings off power supply such as wattage. Good luck

MDR-7506 - No sound on right side

It sounds like the pin cracked. If this is the case, you'll need to soldier a new jack on it. Here's how, assuming you already know how to soldier a new 1/8" TRS phono plug.

Cut and strip the cord. There should be two copper wires and (on Sony headphones, at least) a red and a green strand. On a new 1/8" jack, there should be three connections. The middle one is left, and is where the green one goes. The short one on the side is right, and is where the red one goes. The long bit is the common, and is where the copper one goes. Before you solder, however, remember which strand is which, because you have to sand or burn off the colored enamel. (Use a fine grain paper, or use a standard lighter or stick match- anything else might damage or melt the wire)

RD-XS32 DVD power surge

Time for a replacement. In the future, get a power surge protector that protects not only your power cords, but also your cable input/outputs to your receiver and tv. They're a little pricey, but definitely worth their weight in gold!

Amana Dryer

there should be instructions on the cord that you purchased. if not here it is, on your dryer, the 3 prongs are L1-N-L2.. and the green is a ground L1 line 1, L2 line 2, and N nuetral. L1 and L2 dont make a diff. as long as the whie(nuetral) is in middle terminal and the green screws to hte ground screw
