Does it happen on all wireless computers? Try playing around with the channel on the router. Make sure that you're not near by a cordless phone or microwave that will interupt the signal. Play around also with the antenna on the router.

When i installed modem i an able to connected through wired connection via router however i could not able to connect through wireless link

Most likely you will need to disconnect the power cord from your modem for 15 to 20 minutes in order to clear the MAC address of the computer that was previously connected to it.

After the modem has been unplugged from power for 15 to 20 minutes, plug it back in and it should then recognize the router as its new MAC address to assign an IP address.

This will restore your access to the Internet.

Connect to dsn modern and it will not connect to internet

Your modem most likely needs to be powered-off for about 15 minutes in order for the NVRAM to clear the MAC address of the device that you previously had connected to it.
Unplug the power cord from the modem and wait about 15 minutes with the power off. After the 15 minutes, connect the router to the modem with the Ethernet cable and plug the power cord of the back in to the modem. One the modem has completed its startup, it should then work with your router.
If this does not work, then you may need to call your ISP to have them remotely clear the old MAC address from the modem so that it will work with your router.

Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop. An M35-S359. My wifi internet connection keeps cutting off about every 10-15 minutes. It's not the wireless router or the wifi becasue my other wifi electronics work...

Your set has a conflicct and it is a software errror. there is a virus in the system and the software is being initiated to cut off by this malware.
I would recommend a good virus scan or if you can make a recovery or set this back to a earlier set restore point.
If not the OS has to be reinstalled.

Our Panasonic PT-50LC14 speakers keep cutting out. They work for a time, maybe 10 -15 minutes, then they cut out. Any ideas?

Did you ever fix this problem? I am having the same issue. I pulled the speakers and checked all the connections which seem fine. Funny thing is that when they do cut out, if I tap the side of the speaker panel that particular side will come back on as if it is a loose connection.

Belkin F5D7050 - Problem with utility

These wireless adapters are awful small with no cooling features. I think a component on the circuit board over heats, cuts out until it cools and comes back on. I bought a D-Link adapter and it did the same thing. I opened the case to help cool it so it would run a few minutes longer. I would touch it very carefully to see what got hot. Something under a sheilded cover would heat the shield, so I crazy glued a heat sink to that, cut a hole in the outside case and put it all ack together. It still gets quite hot and once in a while cuts out. A better solution would be a better until, but I cannot recommend one. Sorry See what you can do to keep it cool is all I can suggest.

Constantly losing connection

A wireless router if set at enable DHCP will always asign an IP address to each pc, and keep it, it will not alter until the next time your connected, and even if the first pc that you connected with, first next time, it will get the same ip address allocation. The solution may be that your router is set to disconnect from the internet after a period of innactivity. Go into router settings and look for something similair to (Idle connection-Never).
